RGV LEAD is pleased to announce that Brandon Barr of Harlingen High School, Harlingen CISD has been named recipient of a $2,000 SpawGlass Scholarship to Texas State Technical College. Barr received the award as part of the RGV LEAD Scholarship competition in Spring 2015.

Lower Rio Grande P-16 ECHS Planning Consortium
The Lower Rio Grande P-16 Council created an Early College High School Planning Subcommittee in February 2011. Through an application process, the Texas Education Agency approved the work of the subcommittee as the Lower Rio Grande P-16 Early College High School Planning Consortium.
